This book has been written to enable all the Christians who read it to be guided by God in their everyday lives, and to know Him, rather than just know about Him.

Many people for a variety of reasons are not open to how the Lord is moving in their lives, and as a result would not recognise Him when He tries to get their attention.



In Psalm 91:14-15 (RSV), God says of the believer,
Because he ‘cleaves to me in love’, I will deliver him; I will protect
him, because he knows my name. When he calls to me, ‘I will’
’answer him’; I will be with him in trouble, I will rescue him and
honour him (‘emphasis added’).



We see from this that when we reach out to God in love, He has promised to respond to our prayers. This means that we should consider the ways
He uses to reply to us. There will be occasions when it is like an internal conversation, but there are other ways He uses to communicate with us, and we should be alert to them as well.

This book explores these experiences with practical examples, to enable the reader to see how they work in their own life.
