Delivery Information
We use a signature required delivery service using Courier Post. Please ensure your delivery address is one that will be attended during week days, and that the delivery address and receiver's name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we are unable to change any details once the order has been placed.
We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.
You will receive an email when your order is dispatched. It contains details so that you can track the delivery of your order.
Within New Zealand the purchase price is standard with the exception of Waiheke, Chatham, Kawau and Great Barrier Islands. For these addresses additional freight charges may apply.
If your order is going to anywhere other than New Zealand, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees which are determined when the package reaches the intended country. Unfortunately, we cannot control or determine the duties and taxes that will apply to your purchase, so please contact your local customs agency for more information. When ordering from us, you are the importer and as such must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country where the goods are being received.
Returns Policy
1. Book Refund
You are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping costs, if your return is proven to be the result of an error on the bookseller's part or the purchase is damaged. To receive a refund, you must return the book/s directly to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and in the same condition that you received it/them. Where any circumstances are beyond our reasonable control, we shall not be liable to you for any failure to deliver your purchase or for any delay, damage or defect to goods delivered.
2. Book/s Did Not Arrive
If purchase does not arrive but we can provide tracking information indicating it has, there will be no refund. In cases where the purchase is returned to us because it has an incomplete address, is unclaimed, has been returned to sender, or similar, the refund is for the book/s price only. 3. Buyer Does Not Want the Book/s We are happy to accept returns if you have changed your mind, but please contact us directly on our Customer Queries site before sending the book/s, so that we can confirm with you what will be done. If this does not happen any refund may be cancelled. The returned book/s must be in the same condition you received it/them, and then you will be refunded the price of the book/s, but not the original or return shipping charges.
3. Partial Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason but still wish to keep the book/s, you can negotiate a partial refund with us for an amount that is agreeable to both parties. Partial refunds may be issued on the book price, and/or the shipping amount. Please note that while you may request a partial refund, we are not obligated to provide one. Depending on your reason for the request, we may prefer that you return the book/s for a refund instead.
4. Your Refund
Your refund will be processed to your PayPal payment card once we have received the book/s back and are satisfied with the condition. We recommend that you use a tracking method of shipment, otherwise if the book/s do not arrive and tracking is not provided, the refund will be cancelled.
